Over a decade turning ideas into programmes, partnerships and measurable outcomes.

I have spent more than ten years building programmes, managing talent, shaping narratives and creating partnerships across government, culture, media and social impact. The through-line is structure: I take ambition that exists as an idea and give it the governance, the coalition and the delivery discipline it needs to become real.

05Philosophy

“I build bridges between ideas and execution.”

Most good ideas do not fail because they were wrong. They fail because nobody built the structure to carry them: the sequence, the coalition, the accountability, the narrative. That structural work is where I am most useful, and it is why the projects I touch tend to outlive the excitement that started them.
